Copy and
Paste

The Copy
and Paste function enables you to copy data from files created by using Excel
or other applications, and to paste the copied data into the Estimate/Order screen.
You can add all your data items in one operation without having to manually enter
each item.

Click the
Copy and Paste button.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
Select the
data items to be copied and copy them by using Excel.

|
Paste the
data into the box below the header Paste your order here in the Punch-net
database.
|
|
|
Choose the
appropriate field separator.
|
|
|
Specify the
number of lines required for the title (Title line).
|
|
|
Click the
Next button when you have finished pasting your data and configuring the
settings.
|

|

|
|

|

|
|
|
|
Select the
data items that have been copied.
|
|
|
Click the
Next button.
|
