〈Notes of Handling〉●To assemble cam unit is based on its dowel hole or its key groove.●The height of closing cam unit is bit higher than given information from catalogue to prevent any unit damages over the stroke, when the mold is shutting down.●Processing elements such as a punch and etc. need to be installed to a cam unit in such a way that its working force takes the center of a mount surface. If the working force is off-balance, it can be a cause of cam unit damages such as slider stuck and etc.●To make sure that there are no unintentional damages for cam slider by scatting equipment when the mount surface is tapping-work.●To make sure that there are no inappropriate loosening spaces against jointed location, when the cam unit is installed to the mold.〈How To Dismantle〉1. Push in the ②Cam Slider at 20mm or more using the push screw from back side of the ①Cam Holder. Loosen the push screw after removing the ⑩Stopper.2. Remove the ⑫Upper Plate.3. Hoist the ②Cam Slider upward and pull it out from the ①Cam Holder.4. Keep the disassembled parts properly in order not to lose them.〈How To Assemble〉1. After cleaning off the sliding surface so as not to be anything like metal powder and dust on the top of it, put some lubricant on it and start assembling the designated parts.2. Assemble the ②Cam Slider into the ①Cam Holder.3. Fix the ⑫Upper Plate with the screws.4. Push in the ②Cam Slider at 20mm or more using the push screw from back side of the ①Cam Holder and put the ⑩Stopper back on the original position.5. Make sure that all the bolts are properly tightened.6. Make sure that the push screw is not left behind.〈取扱い注意事項〉●カムユニットには各ページの図中に基準位置が表示されています。金型の基準となる取付位置に合わせて取付けを行って 下さい。●金型を閉じた時、カムユニットのシャットハイトは、指定高さより小さくならないよう設定し、最大ストローク（ST)を超え ないようにセットして下さい。最大ストロークを超えるとカムユニットが破損する原因となります。●カムスライダにパンチ等を取付ける際には、加工力が取付面の中心になるようにパンチ等の部品配置を行って下さい。 力のバランスが大きく崩れていると、カムスライダが戻らなくなったり、カムユニットの損傷原因となる場合があります。●カムスライダの取付面に穴加工を行う際には、スライド面等に傷が付かないようご注意下さい。●カムユニットを金型に取付けた時、締結部の締め忘れやゆるみがないことをご確認下さい。〈分解手順〉1. ①カムホルダの後方から、押しねじで②カムスライダを20mm以上押し込み、⑩ストッパを外し、押しねじを緩めます。2. ⑫アッパプレートを取外します。3. ②カムスライダを上方に吊り上げて、①カムホルダより引抜きます。4. 分解後の部品は、紛失しないよう適切に保管します。〈組立手順〉1. 組立て前に、摺動面に鉄屑･粉塵等が付着していないかを確認した後、少量の潤滑油を塗布して組立てはじめます。2. ①カムホルダへ②カムスライダを組込みます。3. ⑫アッパプレートを取付けます。4. ①カムホルダの後方から、押しねじで②カムスライダを20mm以上押し込み、⑩ストッパを取付けます。5. 組立時ボルトの締め忘れ等が無いよう、十分にご確認下さい。6. 押しねじの取外しが無いよう、ご確認下さい。使用説明HOW TO USE413
